Trails West is the biggest thing to hit St. Joseph since the Pony Express...which is pretty sad. But we always have a really great time. Blooming Onions (me and Mom) and Root Beer (Rachel, Caroline, me, and Katie) are two of the best reasons to go.
It was a good blooming onion! Next day we made funnel cakes at home - we were on a roll. You forgot to mention the musical entertainment of Trails West! "The Fiddlers Three" were hired for the Family Stage, beating Kathy Lynn to the punch. :-)
