Trying to be Optimistic

Today is day two with the new President. So far none of us have died, been forced to have an abortion, or had the cops come and take our guns away. Although I do mourn the loss of our country's freedom, I am trying to look on the bright side. I know that things will probably get a lot worse before they get better, but four years will be over before you know it. We always go back and forth with the presidents we elect. A Republican and then a Democrat. By the end of his term, everyone will be wanting a pro-life president, and all will be well in the end.
I know God has a plan, and He was the one who put Obama in office in the beginning. God is always in control, and always knows what He's doing, even if we do not.
So stay strong, keep praying, and trust in the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul!

You are right to take the long-term view of this political process. Right now, there is mostly bad news coming out of Washington, D.C. Staying positive will help others who are in this battle with us!
